The Cottages on Hollywood provides off campus apartments in Fayetteville, AR, with a convenient property location that is just minutes from the University of Arkansas campus. Our student housing community is professionally managed by a privately owned company and is not affiliated with the university.

The individual housing contract offered by The Cottages on Hollywood allows each resident to have the peace of mind in knowing they are responsible for only their housing contract and monthly installment payments. Residents are not liable for their roommates’ payments. Unlike a traditional or a joint housing contract, if your roommate transfers or graduates, you have nothing to worry about.

Each resident of The Cottages on Hollywood pays a flat rate for their room. Our Fayetteville apartments feature spacious floor plans, each of which includes private bedrooms with individual bathrooms; high-speed Internet; all major appliances; and water, sewer, and trash utilities. Additionally, residents have complete access to the numerous community amenities located throughout our property as well as on-site management and 24-hour emergency maintenance.

Yes. You are welcome to use any available financial aid funds for monthly installment payments.

Yes. All housing contracts require a guarantor/sponsor. If an approved guarantor cannot be found, please contact our office for assistance.

The Cottages on Hollywood has on-site management and maintenance. All units feature security systems, electronic locks, and individually locking bedroom doors for ensured security and safety.

Yes. The Cottages on Hollywood has parking for residents designated by official parking stickers for their vehicles. These stickers will be provided during move-in.

As a condition of our housing contract we require all residents to carry liability insurance ($100,000) for damage to the landlord’s property during the term of their lease. If you have a policy of your own, you can provide proof of that policy prior to move in. If you do not have or provide proof of coverage, you will be automatically enrolled in the Landlord Liability Protection Program. The coverage provided by the Landlord Liability Protection Program meets the minimum requirements of the housing contract. The policy covers only your legal liability for damage to the landlord’s property (covered losses include fire, smoke, explosion, water damage, or backup or overflow of sewer, drain, or sump) up to $100,000. This policy is not personal liability insurance or renters insurance. The policy does not cover any of your personal belongings, additional living expenses, or liability arising out of bodily injury or property damage to any third party. If you are interested in these additional coverage(s), you should contact a licensed insurance agent or insurance company of your choice.
