7. General Leasing Information
Yes. Cottages on Hollywood offers individual housing contracts, which means each resident is responsible for their own contract and monthly installment. One roommate is not responsible for another roommate’s payment if plans change during the lease term.
Monthly installments are due on the first of each month. Payment becomes late on the fourth, and residents can pay through the resident portal, including recurring scheduled payments.
Roommate matching is handled through RoomSync. Residents can use it to match based on lifestyle preferences and compatibility before move-in.
